Terms of sale and use

Effective from November 1, 2026. This is a translation of the French terms (CGV), which prevail in case of difference.

1. Purpose

These terms (the "Terms") govern the use of the Vitrine online service (the "Service") and the Vitrine Pro subscription. The Service is published by Mamadou Camara, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France, SIRET 132 040 353 00014, reachable at vitrine.contacts@gmail.com (the "Publisher"). Using the Service means accepting the Terms.

2. The Service

Vitrine lets content creators build a media kit, get rate estimates for sponsored content and write brand proposals. The data you enter stays in your browser; the Publisher has no access to it.

The rates shown are indicative estimates based on typical market prices. They do not guarantee any income. Legal reminders are general information and do not replace professional advice.

3. Plans and prices

Prices in US dollars, charged by Stripe; your bank may add currency conversion fees. VAT not applicable (French VAT exemption, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Any price change to an ongoing subscription is notified by email at least 30 days before it applies; the subscriber can cancel before that date.

4. Subscription and payment

You subscribe through the secure Stripe payment page, by card. The subscription then renews automatically every month. An invoice is emailed after each payment. Pro access is activated on the device and browser used when subscribing; for another device, contact the Publisher.

5. Duration and cancellation

Monthly subscription, no commitment, renewing automatically. Cancel anytime, in a few clicks, from the subscription management page: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8x25kD4cH1ObbraaZ0gYU00, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by simple email to vitrine.contacts@gmail.com. The refund is made within 14 days.

7. Your obligations

8. Liability

The Publisher has an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for the outcome of a negotiation, errors in the data entered, the loss of data stored in the browser, or interruptions due to maintenance, the host or force majeure. Towards a business subscriber, its liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, its design and its brand remain the property of the Publisher. Content created by users belongs to them.

10. Personal data

See the legal notice.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact the Publisher first at vitrine.contacts@gmail.com. The Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
