Legal notice and privacy

3. Intellectual property

The site, its code, its design and the Vitrine brand belong to the publisher. Media kits and proposals created by users belong to them. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch are trademarks of their respective owners; Vitrine is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

4. Personal data

What you enter in the app (profile, stats, photo, rates) stays in your browser. It is not sent to our servers. When you share your media kit, its content is placed in the link itself (after the "#" sign): only the people you give the link to can see it, and it is not sent to our host.

The publisher only processes:

• The Pro subscription: name, email and payment, processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The publisher never sees your card numbers. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: length of the subscription, then 10 years for accounting records.
• The emails you send us, to reply to you (kept for 3 years after the last exchange).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to vitrine.contacts@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

5. Cookies

No cookies, neither for advertising nor for analytics. Your browser's local storage is only used to save your kit and your subscription: it is strictly necessary and needs no consent. Stripe's payment pages may set their own security cookies.

Visit statistics. To know how many people visit the site and which features they use, we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc., United States), a cookie-free analytics tool that collects no data that can identify you. The statistics are anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type and actions such as "kit link copied". The content of your kit (stats, photo, rates, email) is never sent.

Fonts. The site's fonts (Bricolage Grotesque and Inter) are hosted on our own site: displaying them sends no request to Google or any other third-party service.

Suggested rates are indicative estimates based on typical market prices; they are neither a guarantee of income nor financial advice. Legal reminders are general information, not legal advice.
